I have just been the Queen of Slack while updating my blog. Still preggo, baby is due in six days.
I must admit, I don’t think I am one of those people who enjoy being pregnant. It has been very long, difficult and uncomfortable for me. It will pay off in the end though. So, with no further delay, I shall recap the last few months in pictures. Primarily about the baby. LOL.

So, at 29 weeks I broke out into a huge pregnancy rash, called PUPPS. It was absolutely terrible. Covered my legs, upper arms, back, stomach and buttocks. I have scars.

My stomach used to be creamy white and flat. This is the result of PUPPPs and stretchmarks from Hell. I look like I have been in a fight with a band of angry, rabid squirrels.

The almost finished Nursery. Still some blinds to hang and a shelving unit on the other wall, plus some small decorative things.

Me, at 38 weeks pregnant - Thanksgiving Monday, October 11, 2010. The face is because it is very uncomfortable to stand, let alone breath or be alive at this point.
There, I am feeling less guilty now for the lack of posts. This week I took a week of holidays, and my maternity leave officially begins next Monday. I hope the baby comes soon. At least if the baby comes late, I have tickets to see Tom Green live on the 25th, so if he isn’t gonna come early, here’s hoping he waits it out just a bit longer. I’ve seen Freddie Got Fingered and I have no desire to re-enact the birthing scene from that movie.

Did you hate the entire pregnancy or just the end? I totally hated the end of mine. Up until about 30 weeks I loved being pregnant.
Your nursery looks cute!
I recommend getting some sort of really small newborn option diapers. My stash looks like yours and he has been in disposables these first 3 weeks and will continue to be for awhile because he does not come anywhere close to fitting in our pocket & all in one cloth dipes. We’re using Seventh Generation ‘sposies but I’m still not a fan.
You’re almost there!

I have been miserable pretty much the entire pregnancy. I had “morning” aka ALL DAY sickness pretty badly for the first six months. I was prescribed Diclectin to help with it, but it made me SO TIRED that I couldn’t function, so it was basically useless unless it was the weekend and I could like around and sleep the whole weekend. I started feeling ok for a couple of weeks, then the puppps rash came and that might possibly be the most horrible thing I have ever gone through. It started to subside as the cooler weather came, but I noticed my stomach is getting bumpy and irritated again like it was before…so here’s hoping the baby comes before it gets worse or I might possibly die.
I heard the CD’s will be a bit big at first, so I do have some newborn disposables to start with. He is going to be a pretty small baby from what they can tell so far, so I don’t expect my stash will fit him for a bit. But that’s ok. It will let me get a routine established and I am still hoping to get a diaper service for a gift at my baby shower my mom throws after the baby is born.
What brands of CD did you get? I remember you talking about them before, I just can’t remember exactly.
