OMG, the pressure!  My first post for NaBloPoMo!!!!

Boring, yet tasty.  A childhood classic of mine, I’ve jazzed up a bit.

You’ll need:

  • Macaroni
  • Can of condensed tomato soup
  • Chunk of cheddar cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herb & Garlic seasoning

Preheat oven to 350.  I cook about a half a small bag of macaroni.  Boil macaroni noodles until done.  Strain noodles, and put back into saucepan.  Add one can of tomato soup (undiluted), and a bunch of shredded cheese.  The cheesier you like, to more cheese you add.  Throw in a dash of salt, pepper and herb & garlic seasoning.  Stir well.  Place macaroni, soup and cheese mixture into a small casserole dish.  Sprinkle breadcrumbs across the top.  Cook in over for about 15 – 20 minutes, serve and enjoy.  Especially tasty with a slice of buttered bread.
